It also helps prepare the skin for the next steps in your skincare routine.

When used after the Make-Up Removing Cleansing Oil, The Toner completes a simple two-step cleansing routine. The oil cleanser helps remove make-up, excess oil and daily impurities, while the Toner refreshes and tones the skin and introduces mild exfoliation through gluconolactone (PHA) and lactic acid.

Together, the two steps combine cleansing with mild exfoliation to help maintain a smoother, softer and more radiant-looking complexion with regular use, while keeping the routine simple and comfortable.

Apply a few drops onto a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face, neck and décolletage. Can be used on its own as a refreshing skin-prep toner or as part of the Herbuline Cleansing System following the make-up removing cleansing oil.
